Established in Oliver in 2021
Red Raven Technology Solutions brings together decades of hands-on experience with business computers, networks, servers and software. We serve businesses and organizations throughout the South Okanagan and Similkameen.
Founder Kevin Vetsch’s background spans technical support across multiple industries, administration of networks of different sizes, and IT management in a range of business settings. His experience combines hands-on troubleshooting and infrastructure work with team leadership, project planning and the operational decisions involved in running an IT department.
That experience is reflected in our day-to-day work: assessing existing systems, explaining recommendations, supplying and configuring equipment, and supporting the people who use it.

Assess Before Recommending
We examine the systems you already have and discuss how they are used. Our recommendations explain what needs attention and which existing equipment can continue to serve the business.
Coordinate the Work
We work with your staff and external vendors on installation, configuration and troubleshooting. Equipment, connections and system information are documented for ongoing support.
Support What Comes Next
We help with day-to-day issues, replacement equipment and changes to business systems. Clients can engage us for individual jobs or ongoing managed services.
