The assessment considers how the systems work together. A slow application, for example, may involve the workstation, a network connection or a server rather than the application alone.

Findings You Can Act On

You receive a report identifying what is working well, what needs attention and the improvements we recommend. We explain priorities and which existing equipment can continue to support the business.

We can then scope the repairs, upgrades or configuration changes you choose to proceed with, including equipment recommendations and implementation work.

Advice and Implementation

An assessment can be a standalone engagement or the first step toward managed services. We can also work alongside your existing IT staff when they need another perspective or help with a specific project.
